These terms govern use of the Celestial Minds FZE platform and of the Living High-Level Intelligence System™ (LHLIS). By accessing the platform you accept the framework set out below.
Use of the Celestial Minds platform is governed by the Master Advisory Agreement executed between parties at engagement commencement. These Terms supplement and do not replace that agreement.
Platform Access: Access to the client portal and internal tools is provided on a per-engagement basis and may be revoked at the conclusion of the engagement or for breach of terms.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all engagement-related communications, analysis, and deliverables.
The Living High-Level Intelligence System™ (LHLIS), including its architecture, methodologies, analytical frameworks, outputs, and underlying logic, is the exclusive intellectual property of Celestial Minds FZE.
Access to this platform constitutes a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the system and its outputs for their intended purpose only.
Users may not reproduce, replicate, reverse engineer, deconstruct, train derivative systems, or otherwise exploit any part of LHLIS without the express written consent of Celestial Minds FZE.
All outputs generated by the system remain subject to this licensing framework and may not be used to recreate or simulate the underlying system.
