Data Collection: We collect information you provide through our pre-engagement assessment, engagement communications, and platform interactions. This includes organisational data, contact information, and strategic context.
Data Use: Information is used solely for delivering intelligence services, maintaining living registers, and producing deliverables within the scope of your engagement.
Data Protection: All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is controlled through role-based permissions. Audit logs track all access events.
Confidential Processing: By default, client identifiers are removed before information is analysed. Enhanced confidentiality arrangements are available on request.
Retention: Data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 12 months, unless otherwise agreed. Clients may request data deletion at any time.
